Eriberto's is an independent Mexican fast food restaurant.  It has both in-restaurant dining and a drive-through.  And they're open 24 hours.  So the best time to hit an Eriberto's is at 2 am when you're driving home from the bar and need some grease and only a big fat burrito will do.  Or the next day when you're hungover and need some grease and only some tacos will do.  They also have a decent breakfast menu - the Americano Burrito and Chorizo Plate are both good.
