Despite challenges from the weather, this week Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun partnered with Carter’s Kids Playgrounds and Lowe’s Home Improvement to “rebuild a block” in Central Phoenix. Improvements were made to several homes in this neighborhood near South Central Avenue and I-17, along with the addition of a new playground, garden and other property improvements at Friendly House’s Academia Del Pueblo Charter School.
