• Taps into the experience and expertise of those people to formulate business ideas
• Discusses each business idea to develop a mutual understanding of all business ideas
• Selects one business idea by simple majority vote to achieve ‘consensus’
• Develops an Experience Map™ of the proposed operations of a company to implement the idea
• Solidifies commitment and involvement of all interested SUN workshop participants to make a business together as equal partners in the proposed company.

The business that you form with the other Start Up Now participants WILL NOT provide you with a paycheck next Friday, so please attend a Start Up Now workshop with realistic expectations of the work required to launch a successful entrepreneurial business.
